Gillian ChristineTHOMASSadly passed away on 1 October, 2024 following a brave and dignified fight againt a cruel disease, and of Tan y Ffordd, Clogwyn Melyn, Pen-y-gores, aged 64 years. Loving wife to Llifon, and devoted mother to Glyn, cherished sister to Susan, fond aunt to Emily and dear friend to Seren. She will be affectionately remembered and very sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral on Monday, 14 October, 2024. Public service at Bangor Crematorium at 12.00 noon. Donations in memory of Gillie will be gratefully accepted towards St. David's Hospice. Enquiries to Roberts & Owen, Birmingham House, Pen-y-groes. LL54 6PL. 01286 881280.

Gillie I have lost a very good friend, who I looked up too and admired. Yes that's you Gillie, so tragic, so quick and so young that I am deeply shocked and my thoughts are with your family. You will always be in my thoughts and I will never forget your smile and our little hug to get the day going and would never leave a singing ship. May your beautiful soul RIP.

Dear, lovely Gillie. I'm so saddened to hear of your passing. You took me under your wing when I started working in ysbyty Gwynedd all those years ago, you were kind and patient and we had many laughs along the way! My deepest condolences to your loved ones. Life can be so unfair.
